Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across multiple products and services
• Collaborate with key stakeholders from various teams to ensure successful implementations
• Support clients in completing standard implementation tasks and using the platform effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience overall
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
• Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (e.g., Google Suite, Salesforce)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
