Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of people management experience in technical delivery-oriented teams
• Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and data integration systems
• Hands-on experience with complex technical projects and multi-stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with customer success metrics such as time-to-value and launch success
• Experience with modern data stacks and B2B SaaS environments is preferred
