Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer deployments and ensure seamless integration of technology into client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful go-live
• Guide customers through API integrations, data workflows, and system configurations

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Implementation Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles
• Strong experience in AI-driven SaaS, APIs, enterprise software, or technical integrations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously
• Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Experience working in an early-stage startup is a plus
