Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customers through the implementation of software and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation team and act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and customers
• Manage project timelines, scope, and customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process
• Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions
• 1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts
• Knowledge of remote desktop access software
• Ability to manage work schedules independently while meeting project timelines
