Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of their warehouse management solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete implementation lifecycle from project kickoff through post-launch support
• Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their business requirements and operational challenges
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and deliver training sessions to ensure effective platform usage

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in implementation management or project management within the SaaS, logistics, or warehouse management industries
• Preferred experience with software configuration, testing, and deployment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
