Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client onboarding process from start to finish
Customize system settings and workflows to meet client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to adoption

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry
Strong understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies
Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations is a plus
Familiarity with project tracking and time management software is a plus
