Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer experience to new clients during on-boarding process
  • Manage all installation activities and communication among stakeholders
  • Ensure successful implementation of new retirement plans until transition to ongoing service team

Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in client-facing role in defined contribution plan administration
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Professional certification such as ASPPA CPC, QKA, QPA or NIPA (APA) (APR) preferred
