Key Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of software for new and existing customers

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or onboarding of Cloud-based or SaaS software products
• Experience in documenting and promoting best practices for software adoption
• Basic knowledge of databases, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Strong sense of accountability and focus on delivering measurable results
