Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to support their Launch Services team and oversee customer onboarding for the NuORDER product.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand B2B ecommerce and articulate how the NuORDER product facilitates best practices
• Collaborate with clients to document goals and propose solutions that exceed expectations
• Manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery and oversee multiple customer engagements simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles, preferably in software companies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment
• Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management
• Experience leading teams using agile techniques and managing multiple projects across different time zones
