Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to drive technical solutions and ensure successful customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead in enterprise sales cycles and design tailored proof-of-concept implementations
• Manage handoffs from sales to implementation, ensuring continuity and value delivery
• Transform complex data into polished use cases and document technical requirements for successful implementation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or pre-sales consulting in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in relational databases and cloud platforms
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts
• Transportation or logistics experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
