Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of new client accounts and ensure a seamless implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing implementation plans tailored to each client's needs
• Managing multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring all projects stay on track
• Configuring client accounts within the platform and conducting client training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as an implementation manager or related experience within SaaS, start-up, healthcare, or benefits space
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management and software delivery experience
• Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies and best practices in the SaaS industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
