Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of new clients onto their POS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project coordinator for onboarding dispensaries from kickoff to go-live
• Lead implementation calls, data migration, platform setup, training, and launch readiness
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth handoffs and clear client expectations

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer onboarding, project coordination, training, or platform support
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with structured organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and/or cannabis retail operations is a plus
• Comfort with project management technology and hardware setup/troubleshooting
• Knowledge of compliance systems like METRC or state-specific frameworks
