Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, responsible for implementing client health care plans and related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation processes for new employers, unions, and TPAs, including gathering and documenting requirements
  • Monitor launch activities, identify potential issues, and develop rapid response plans for solutions
  • Manage project risks, communicate issues to stakeholders, and ensure timely and accurate implementation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or project management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Broad understanding of health benefits plan setups
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills in the health care benefits industry
  • Experience or knowledge of pharmacy benefit manager and Medicare Part D is a strong plus
