Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of product solutions across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation specialists and assign projects based on expertise and workload
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product launches in collaboration with partners
• Develop scalable processes and conduct post-launch reviews to improve future implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, or client-facing roles
• Proven track record in managing large-scale implementations, preferably in insurtech or healthtech
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana
• Familiarity with insurance lines such as Long-Term Care or Medicare Advantage is a plus
