Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for leading the post-sale customer journey and ensuring a successful transition to the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the implementation project, from discovery and planning to go-live and handoff
• Consult with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes and configure the platform accordingly
• Develop and deliver customized training programs for users, ensuring thorough testing of configurations and integrations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a project management or implementation role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong technical skills and comfort with configuring complex software systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
