Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager I to manage the end-to-end implementation process for its suite of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather requirements and develop a tailored implementation plan
• Lead product setup, configuration, and customization, and conduct client onboarding and training sessions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or customer onboarding
• Prior experience in real estate or multifamily industries is a plus
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Proficiency with project management tools, CRMs (Salesforce), and G-Suite applications
