Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to support clients in utilizing their software product effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings to educate and train customers on successful product implementation
• Provide go-live support and ensure timely software implementation
• Project manage customer implementations and conduct project hand-offs to the Account Management team

Required Qualifications

• Experience with software implementation and customer assistance
• Experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions
• Background in Customer Success Management or Client Success Management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
• A self-starter with a strong affinity for technology
