Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead client implementation projects and ensure successful deployment of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from sale to deployment, aligning client needs with platform capabilities
• Gather system requirements, assess platform configuration, and provide guidance on best practices for deployment
• Identify project risks, maintain detailed project plans, and communicate project status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager, Project Manager, or Customer Success Manager (3 years)
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Knowledge of HR practices is highly regarded
• Experience in project management and a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
