Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations of enterprise software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations
• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations, managing priorities, risks, and escalations
• Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and configure the platform accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company
• Expertise in project planning and risk management for multiple projects
• Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies
• Understanding of data ETL and migration tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and similar tools
