Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and define implementation strategies as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale the implementation function by designing workflows and creating repeatable models for faster onboarding
• Manage technical integrations and support customers through the configuration process
• Lead onboarding projects from kickoff to activation, ensuring a structured experience and tracking customer progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or technical account support in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex onboarding projects simultaneously
• Experience in configuring software environments and working with complex datasets
• Familiarity with systems like Yardi, SSO providers, and Salesforce
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership and build processes in a dynamic environment
