Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee client relationships during the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic client implementations and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Create and manage detailed project plans, coordinating people and processes
• Facilitate client communications and meetings, translating business requirements into technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in client management, preferably in the payments industry or SaaS implementations
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong working knowledge of PC-based business software and CRM tools
• Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn new programs
