Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project calls and manage project communications, including kickoff and status updates
• Maintain project plans, deliverables, timelines, and risk/issues lists
• Facilitate and manage the onboarding of complex clients while adjusting plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
• Minimum 2 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
