Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer calls and document business requirements for Group Insurance product transitions
• Act as a project manager coordinating the implementation process for premier segment customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and develop training materials

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles with proven success
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Group Insurance products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project management skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
