Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations to ensure successful use of procurement and payment systems
• Manage client relationships from contract execution through go-live to meet expectations
• Consult on process improvements and analyze customer data to drive engagement and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or Engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or account management
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or supply chain
• Start-up experience preferred
• PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
