Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead technical delivery of AI solutions for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and pilots, managing end-to-end delivery for new integrations and solution pilots
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and scalable integration rollouts
• Act as a consultative partner to clients, providing guidance on system capabilities and integration strategies

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients
• Proven ability to project manage and deliver client-facing technical projects end to end
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Strong agile and project management skills
• Experience in data integrations with EMR or payor systems is preferred
