Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the implementation team for a software product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer implementations and ensure smooth transitions for new and migrating customers
• Design and refine workflows to enhance the efficiency of the implementation process
• Monitor customer feedback and ensure high-quality onboarding experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing implementation processes, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology
• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams
• Plus Product certification required within the first 60 days of employment
• Experience with project management tools, specifically Zoho CRM
• Ability to track and report on implementation progress and success metrics
