Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the onboarding process for customers, ensuring alignment between technical execution and customer success objectives
• Design and optimize scalable implementation frameworks while accommodating enterprise-specific requirements
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for implementations and standardize implementation processes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex technical implementations with clear communication across stakeholders
• Experience in creating and optimizing scalable implementation processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
