Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, API Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring on-time and compliant launches
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting meetings and assessments throughout the implementation process
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and aligned expectations during implementations

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in implementation, project management, or technical customer success in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments environment
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and ability to discuss technical concepts with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of creating processes and documentation in ambiguous situations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
