Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the successful implementation, training, and launch of all merchants
Manage all merchant deliverables during implementation and maintain relationships with partners
Develop and lead executive presentations to set expectations and provide program recommendations

Required Qualifications

2 years of software/B2B onboarding, implementation, or project management experience
Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Understanding of startup or fast-paced environments
Familiarity with Google Suite and Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus
