Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead complex implementations for TMCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the on-time and within-scope technical implementation for TMCs and their customers
• Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions for one-time and multi-phased implementations
• Advise TMCs and their customers on technical best practices and maintain project plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical implementation roles
• Deep understanding of SSO, ADFS, SFTP, and API integrations
• Experience leading VAT and UAT phases of implementation
• Working knowledge of the corporate travel industry
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and work cross-functionally
