Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to support enterprise clients through effective onboarding and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely delivery and communication
• Manage client implementation within internal systems and coordinate with internal teams for feature rollouts
• Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and automations to enhance onboarding and matching processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise onboarding from contract signature to successful go-live
• Ability to innovate and develop creative solutions for unique client requirements
• Experience in building SOPs and automations to improve operational workflows
• Proficiency in managing data across platforms like HubSpot, Jira, and Chargebee
• Experience in identifying risks early and effectively escalating issues
