Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch & Implementation Manager to oversee client onboarding and partner launch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of new partner client launches from kickoff to successful activation
• Coordinate with onboarding, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
• Define and improve onboarding workflows, maintaining documentation and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience in automotive retail, automotive SaaS, or dealership marketing technology
• Direct experience working with or inside retail automotive dealerships
• Proven track record managing launch, onboarding, or implementation programs for SaaS or advertising platforms
• Experience supporting B2B partner relationships
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in a fast-paced environment
