Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of their Call Tracking and Analytics solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and successful execution
• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and tailor implementation strategies to their needs
• Assist customers in deploying the platform, integrating with MarTech systems, and optimizing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, project management, or implementation role for a SaaS or technology company
• Residency in the Eastern Time Zone with the ability to start work during early morning hours
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects with strong prioritization skills
• Professional experience or familiarity with implementing Agentic AI frameworks or LLM-driven automation
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
