Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee project execution for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed on implementation progress
• Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in client implementation efforts and leading cross-functional teams
• 2 years of experience in evaluating operational reports and realigning delivery performance
• 2 years of experience within an enterprise Change management process
• Ability to manage multiple client requests without overcommitting resources
