Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the implementation phase of the product for new customers, managing the process from start to finish
• Configure key system components and ensure effective communication with customer stakeholders
• Coordinate project timelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in leading B2B, SaaS implementation projects
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization
• Strong technical configuration skills, including HTML/CSS, JSON, and XML
• Experience in a post-sales role working with external customers and R&D teams
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
