Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for Home Medical Equipment (HME) Providers to ensure timely and efficient integration with the digital platform
• Implement product features and optimize activation strategies to enhance platform adoption and performance metrics
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making for HME Providers, while identifying process improvements for onboarding efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech
• Proven experience with healthcare or SaaS platform implementation and management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects, particularly in technology adoption or process modernization
• Familiarity with AI solutions and digital workflow automation is a plus
