Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to support the setup of employer plans and groups during the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the implementation of employer plans on WEX Health Cloud and COBRA Point platforms, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timelines, education, and training regarding plan setups
  • Create and maintain documentation for team processes and assist in training new team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare-related field, or equivalent implementation-related work experience
  • Experience working with Partners, Employers, or Consumers is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Adherence to security policies and HIPAA privacy regulations
  • Experience in reviewing and ensuring accuracy of documents and data uploads
