Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to support the setup of employer plans and groups during the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of employer plans on WEX Health Cloud and COBRA Point platforms, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timelines, education, and training regarding plan setups
- Create and maintain documentation for team processes and assist in training new team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare-related field, or equivalent implementation-related work experience
- Experience working with Partners, Employers, or Consumers is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Adherence to security policies and HIPAA privacy regulations
- Experience in reviewing and ensuring accuracy of documents and data uploads
