Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to join their European team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely execution and milestone completion
• Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating communication throughout the implementation phase
• Collaborate with internal teams and the Customer Success Manager to align implementation activities with client goals and optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry or software implementation
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and services, with the capacity to learn new technologies quickly
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional European languages desirable
• Comfortable in start-up and remote-first environments
