Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, Employer Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects to deliver education or skilling offerings to employer partners and their employees
- Act as the primary contact for employer partners and internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and progress throughout the implementation process
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate documentation of business and technical requirements while managing risks and facilitating retrospective sessions
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience gathering and validating business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with systems integrations or technical concepts such as HRIS, payroll, or APIs
