Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, Employer Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects to deliver education or skilling offerings to employer partners and their employees
• Act as the primary contact for employer partners and internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and progress throughout the implementation process
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate documentation of business and technical requirements while managing risks and facilitating retrospective sessions

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience gathering and validating business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with systems integrations or technical concepts such as HRIS, payroll, or APIs
