Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager for their Pro Division.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding process for new Wheelbase RV and Auto accounts, including conducting training sessions
Monitor activation metrics and ensure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team
Document onboarding workflows and contribute to training materials and onboarding checklists

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, training, or customer success
Experience with SaaS platforms as a user, trainer, or implementer
Comfortable with video calls and screen sharing for remote training
Based in Austin or willing to relocate; able to work in the office Monday-Friday
Familiarity with website integrations or basic HTML is a plus
