Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and technical integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding projects for new customers and upgrades for existing customers on the platform
• Act as the key technical stakeholder in implementation processes, facilitating discussions with customers' IT teams
• Build strong relationships with customers' technical teams and optimize technical setups based on data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications
• At least 4 years of customer-facing or technical operations experience in the US/EU markets
• Experience in Healthcare IT, particularly with Radiology IT systems (PACS, RIS) and EMR
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Structured thinking and capability to drive technical projects to completion
