Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex customer implementations and tailor solutions based on identified factors
• Become an expert in the software to assist customers in configuring their deployments
• Own the implementation strategy, resolving issues and accelerating time-to-graduation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant customer success role or title & escrow industry experience
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/Project Management tools preferred
• Ability to switch between training and troubleshooting effectively
• Strong presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups
• Technically fluent and curious, thriving in a fast-paced environment
