Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and configuration of new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process, gathering customer requirements and configuring software for a smooth onboarding experience
- Conduct training sessions to educate customers on software features and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process
- Manage an onboarding pipeline of 30-40 customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success
- Proficient in learning software applications quickly, with familiarity in CRM systems or SaaS solutions preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software is strongly preferred
- Experience in the veterinary clinics or pet care industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
