Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and configuration of new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation process, gathering customer requirements and configuring software for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on software features and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process
  • Manage an onboarding pipeline of 30-40 customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success
  • Proficient in learning software applications quickly, with familiarity in CRM systems or SaaS solutions preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software is strongly preferred
  • Experience in the veterinary clinics or pet care industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues effectively
