Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the technical and operational execution of partner onboardings and expansions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and scope implementation complexity for new partner deals
• Manage end-to-end technical setup for partner onboardings, including system integrations and property configurations
• Ensure operational readiness and monitor adoption post-launch while managing multiple implementations simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B implementation, onboarding, or technical project management, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or fintech
• Familiarity with property management systems or similar enterprise integrations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Experience working with external stakeholders at various seniority levels
• Comfort with AI and automation tools in a professional setting
