Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software implementation-related projects for customers
• Document project artifacts, manage processes and schedules, and ensure team-wide visibility
• Establish relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while monitoring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an enterprise SaaS environment
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role, with experience in designing and implementing SaaS solutions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a process-driven approach
• Proficiency in G-suite, Confluence, Jira, and Smartsheet
• CAPM or PMP certifications are a plus
