Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations, ensuring smooth transitions to ongoing client support
• Manage multiple client projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and proactively identifying risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and advocating for their needs

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related roles
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Experience in the education sector is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
