Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the execution of incentive compensation plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents to assess implementation feasibility and ensure first mile execution excellence of incentive plans
• Oversee successful execution of in-flight changes and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Identify opportunities for AI optimization and monitor segment plan health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant experience
• Master of Business Administration or Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)
• 3+ years experience in a matrixed organization, preferably in the technology industry
• 3+ years of project leadership/management experience
• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Excel
