Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee customer deployment and adoption of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers achieve clinical and operational goals through effective implementation of the solution
• Manage deployment for large and medium scale customers, focusing on quick time to value
• Create and execute project plans, track implementation progress, and maintain account health

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, implementation, or management consulting, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
• Strong priority management skills and high emotional intelligence
• Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations
• Excellent consultative skills with a proven track record of building trust with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience
