Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding and configuration of new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation process, gathering customer requirements and configuring software for a smooth onboarding experience
  • Conduct training sessions to educate customers on software features and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Analyze customer needs, resolve technical issues, and document interactions and progress within the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation or customer success
  • Proficient in learning software applications quickly; familiarity with CRM systems or SaaS solutions is advantageous
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer issues
  • Experience in the veterinary clinic or pet care industry is a plus
