Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for overseeing program implementations for large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute comprehensive implementation strategies tailored for various client service levels
• Design and deliver customized onboarding experiences and ensure alignment with project deliverables
• Continuously monitor implementation deliverables and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 4 - 5 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with OnBase (preferred)
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles
